Configuration and launch links

Runtime URLs and credentials remain server-side. Public service links are configurable separately from internal API URLs.

Phase 1 Safety

This build is read-only. It provides links to existing applications but does not restart containers, delete media, control downloads, or modify infrastructure.

Credentials

API keys belong in server-only environment variables. Missing credentials result in Not configured states rather than startup failure.
